Privacy Policy

The short version

Most ToolzVerse tools run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly. When a tool says “processed in your browser,” your file is never uploaded to our servers — it's read, transformed, and downloaded locally on your device. A small number of tools (marked “server” or “hybrid” processing on their page) send data to a server to do their job; for those, files are processed over an encrypted connection and deleted automatically afterward.

What we collect

• Files you process: for client-side tools, never leave your device. For server-side tools, transmitted encrypted and deleted after processing — we don't retain or inspect file contents.
• Usage analytics: we use privacy-respecting analytics (page views, which tools are used) to understand what to build next. This does not include file contents.
• Local device storage: favorites, history, and theme preference are stored only in your browser's local storage — never sent to us.
• Account information: if you create an account, we store your email and plan status to provide the service.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential site functionality (like remembering your theme preference) and analytics. We don't sell your data or run third-party ad tracking.

Third-party services

Some server-side tools (AI text tools, format conversions, currency rates) call third-party APIs to do their job. Data sent to these providers is limited to what's needed for that specific request and is not stored by ToolzVerse beyond the request itself.

Your choices

You can clear your favorites and history at any time from Settings — this only affects data stored in your browser. You can use almost every tool on this site without ever creating an account.
