1. Using ToolzVerse

ToolzVerse provides free and Pro web-based utilities for working with PDFs, images, text, code, and other file formats. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of any files you process through ToolzVerse. We claim no rights to your content. For client-side tools, your files never leave your device. For server-side tools, files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after — we don't use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond fulfilling your request.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to process illegal content or infringe on others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse rate limits beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own product

4. Free and Pro plans

Most tools are free to use, with generous limits on file size and processing volume. Pro removes those limits and unlocks additional tools. Pricing and features are shown on the account page and may change with notice.

5. No warranty

ToolzVerse is provided “as is.” While we aim for reliable, accurate tools, we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every output will be error-free. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ToolzVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of ToolzVerse after changes means you accept the updated terms.
